Plan disruption alerts while you quote
When the client's area has a reported carrier exit, plan discontinuation or hospital network termination, ChronosCodex warns you on the quote or plan screen.
Where the warning appears
| Screen | What it checks |
|---|---|
| ACA quote and ACA Quick Quote | Reported ACA disruptions for the ZIP and county. A disruption that hits a carrier in the results is marked so you see it first. |
| ACA plan catalog | Reported ACA disruptions for the ZIP you are browsing. |
| Medicare plan comparison | Reported Medicare Advantage disruptions for the county. |
| Medicare plan picker on the policy | Reported Medicare Advantage disruptions for the client's ZIP, plus plans CMS shows leaving that county for the plan year of the effective date, once CMS publishes them. |
How matching works
Each warning says how it matched: the disruption lists this ZIP, this county, or it is a statewide carrier change whose counties are not confirmed yet. A hospital network termination is only shown where its area is known, so you do not see a hospital from another region.
Reports confirmed by an official source appear first. Unconfirmed reports are labelled and collapsed. Every warning links to its source.
This is market intelligence, not a coverage decision. Confirm with the carrier before advising a client.
