Medicare plan comparison for agents
Pick a state and county and compare every Medicare Advantage and Part D plan CMS lists there, including plans your quoting tool may not show.
What you can compare
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Plan and carrier | Plan name, CMS plan ID, carrier and parent organization, plan type (MAPD, MA-only, PDP) and special needs plan type. |
| Star rating and premium | CMS star rating, monthly plan premium and Part B giveback where the plan offers one. |
| Medical cost sharing | Maximum out-of-pocket, medical deductible, primary care, specialist, inpatient, outpatient and emergency cost sharing. |
| Drug coverage | Part D deductible and 30-day retail cost for drug tiers 1 to 5, with preferred-pharmacy prices where listed. |
Record the plan the client chose
On the client's policy, pick the CMS plan from a list filtered to the client's county and carrier. ChronosCodex fills the plan ID, plan type, star rating and premium, and saves a benefits snapshot to the policy so the whole team can see what the client has.
When the client's county has a reported Medicare Advantage disruption or a plan that CMS shows leaving for the coming year, a warning appears on the same screen. Disruption alerts.
This is plan comparison, not an individual quote: it does not price a plan with a person's drugs and pharmacy. Use your Medicare quoting tool for that, such as SunFire.
Medicare plan data comes from public Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) files (Landscape and Plan Benefit Package). For licensed agents. Confirm plan details with the carrier's Summary of Benefits before presenting them to a beneficiary.
