ChronosCodex uses simple subscription plans plus a prepaid wallet for usage. This guide explains the tiers, what's included, how Forms access works, how agent slots work, and how upgrades, downgrades, and payments are handled. For current prices, see the pricing section.
Plans & what's included
There are five subscription tiers, increasing in capacity and features:
- Free: get started with the household-centered CRM.
- Solo: adds a phone number, calling, SMS and fax for a single producer.
- Professional: more capacity and features for a growing solo practice.
- Agency: more agent slots, the Forms library for CMS-approved health consent, DCF work calendars, tax forms, plus a personalized website and a no-setup-cost AI receptionist (pay-as-you-go, $0.20/min).
- Brokerage: the most agent slots and the full feature set, built for growing agencies, including the same no-setup-cost AI receptionist.
Free, Solo and Professional can add the AI receptionist for a one-time $50 setup fee, charged once per agency and customized to your workflow; it needs an active Chronos phone line (a number included with Solo and Professional, or an extra number at $5/mo on Free). AI receptionist minutes are $0.20/min on every plan. Standard calls beyond your included minutes are $0.03/min. Included AI receptionist credit is under review and not published.

Agent slots
Each plan includes a set number of agent slots — the number of producers you can assign as Agent of Record on households. Assigning an unslotted agent automatically uses an available slot; when you've used them all, upgrading adds more.
Chronos Credits wallet
Usage-based items — calling minutes beyond your allowance, SMS, and over-quota fax — are paid from a prepaid Chronos Credits wallet. Top it up in convenient amounts; balance is drawn down only as you use it, at clear per-minute and per-message rates.
Worked cost example
Example, before any taxes: Solo is $29/mo. Assume SMS is turned on for your one included number ($12.00/mo carrier fee), and you use 50 voice minutes more than the 250 included (50 × $0.03 = $1.50) and 100 SMS segments more than the 250 included (100 × $0.03 = $3.00). That month totals $45.50. With no SMS number and no extra usage, Solo stays at $29/mo. Usage beyond your allowances is drawn from your prepaid Chronos Credits wallet; the SMS carrier fee is added to your subscription.
Billing cycle and current pricing
Current public monthly prices are Free $0, Solo $29, Professional $99, Agency $199, and Brokerage $499. Included monthly communications reset each billing cycle.
Upgrades, downgrades & the billing portal
Manage everything self-service from the Billing page: switch plans, add Chronos Credits, update your payment method, view invoices, and download your service agreement. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. If a payment fails, paid features pause until it's recovered, then your plan is restored automatically — your data is always retained.

Which plans include Forms?
Forms are included on Agency and Brokerage plans. The library includes CMS-approved health insurance consent forms, the Florida DCF Work Calendar, tax forms, and other agency document workflows.
What are Chronos Credits?
A prepaid wallet that covers usage-based items like calling minutes, SMS, and fax beyond your plan's allowance. You top it up as needed and only spend what you use.
How are plans billed?
Plans are billed monthly. Current public monthly prices are shown in the pricing table.
What happens if a payment fails?
Paid features pause (the account is temporarily moved to Free) until payment is recovered, at which point your plan is automatically restored. Your data is retained throughout.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are fees refundable?
Fees are non-refundable once a service or feature has been delivered — including registered domains, completed website design, provisioned phone numbers, and consumed usage. Pre-paid services not yet rendered may be refunded on request.
