This summary explains how ChronosCodex handles data. Insurance agencies use ChronosCodex to manage their own clients; in most cases the agency is the data controller and ChronosCodex acts as a processor on the agency's behalf.

Data we process

Agencies enter household, member, policy, and communication data to run their business. We also collect standard account and usage information needed to operate the service.

How data is used

• To provide and operate the CRM for the agency
• To secure the service and prevent abuse
• To support and communicate with account holders

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use an agency's client data for advertising.

Sharing

Data may be processed by infrastructure and communication subprocessors strictly to deliver the service (for example, hosting, email, and SMS delivery).

Retention & your rights

Data is retained while the account is active and per the agency's instructions; see Data Retention. Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.
