ChronosCodex uses AI to assist agents — not to replace them. AI helps with triage, drafting, and prioritization, while agents stay in control of what is sent and decided.
How we use AI
- Triaging inbound text messages and surfacing what needs a human
- Drafting bilingual email and SMS templates for agents to review and edit
- Scoring prospects to help prioritize outreach
Human in the loop
AI output is assistive. Agents review drafts and decisions before sensitive messages are sent, and AI does not make binding eligibility or coverage determinations.
Data handling
We do not use an agency's client data to train third-party AI models without consent. AI processing is used to deliver features within the product.
Accuracy
AI can make mistakes. Outputs should be reviewed for accuracy, and ChronosCodex is not a substitute for professional or legal advice.
