Questions

What counts as a plan exit?

A prior-year Medicare Advantage plan no longer offered in a county on January 1: terminated or non-renewed in the CMS crosswalk, or a service area reduction.

Why are some member counts zero?

CMS suppresses enrollment counts of 10 or fewer, so totals are a floor.

Where are the preliminary 2027 changes?

See the 2027 Medicare Advantage plan changes by county page.
