Every Agency and Brokerage plan includes a professionally designed, fully hosted marketing website for your agency — no web developer required. Choose one of five designs, personalize it inside your CRM, publish it to your own address, and optionally connect a custom domain.

During signup (and anytime afterward) you choose a template. All five are mobile-responsive, fast, bilingual (English/Spanish), and built for insurance agencies:

- Meridian — light, airy and modern, with teal accents and a split hero.
- Harbor — warm and friendly, with rounded cards; a family-first feel.
- Vanguard — dark, high-contrast and bold; stands out.
- Ledger — classic, corporate and trust-forward, with serif headings.
Every design includes a hero, "why work with us," your services, an about section, a contact/quote form, and an FAQ — already written with compliant insurance copy you can edit.
Edit and publish from your CRM
On the Website page inside ChronosCodex you can:
- Switch templates and preview them live
- Set your logo, accent color, and hero image
- Edit your headline, tagline and about text in English and Spanish
- Set the public phone, email, booking link and location shown on the site
- Publish or unpublish with one click
When you publish, your site goes live at your-agency.chronoscodex.com — included free, with hosting and HTTPS handled for you on a global content network. Leads from your site's contact form are created directly in your CRM.
Connect a custom domain
Want your own branded address like youragency.com? Two options:
- Buy & manage it for you — request a domain in the Website page and we register and connect it (managed domains are about $15/year).
- Bring your own — already own a domain? Request it and we'll connect it and issue the HTTPS certificate.
You'll see the status of your domain request in the CRM; once it's active your site is served on your custom domain automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Is the website included in my plan?
Yes. A personalized website — design and hosting — is included at no extra charge on the Agency and Brokerage plans. Free and Professional plans can add it as an option.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can have us buy and manage a new domain for you (around $15/year — 50% off on Agency and Brokerage plans), or connect a domain you already own. Either way we set it up and secure it with HTTPS.
Can I change my template later?
Anytime. Switch among the five designs from the Website page in your CRM; your content carries over and changes publish instantly.
Where do website leads go?
Contact-form submissions on your website are created as leads directly inside your ChronosCodex CRM, attributed to your agency.
Is the website bilingual?
Yes. Every template has an English/Spanish toggle, and you can provide copy in both languages.
