Clients and prospects share one combined records total; they are counted together, not as separate limits.
Leads are counted separately.

SMS is counted by billable segment, not by visible message bubble. Long messages and some special characters may count as multiple segments.
Voice is counted by billable minute.
Included fax allowances count faxes per month; each fax can be up to the per-fax page allowance (10 pages per fax on Free, Solo and Professional; 12 on Agency; 15 on Brokerage). Pages beyond that allowance are $0.05 per page, on sent and received faxes.
Outbound email includes manual, campaign, and workflow emails. Inbound email and system/security emails do not count against outbound email limits.
Storage includes tenant-uploaded documents and files unless a specific file category is marked separately by the system. Existing files remain viewable/downloadable if storage is full, but new uploads may require cleanup, extra storage, or upgrade.
Existing records and files remain accessible if a limit is reached. Limits mainly protect new creation, uploads, or additional communications.
Communications require proper consent, opt-out handling, and provider readiness where applicable. SMS on a number is off by default and must be turned on per number; a $12.00/mo recurring carrier fee applies per SMS-enabled number, separate from your plan's included SMS-message allowance.
The AI receptionist answers calls, takes messages, and forwards or alerts your team in your preferred language, so after-hours and overflow calls still become leads. It is billed at $0.20/min of conversation on every plan. Agency and Brokerage have no setup cost.
